Since so many smartphones are capable of doing similar things, it’s not often that we see something truly unique.

Verizon Wireless announced on Tuesday that it’s offering the HTC One (M8) for Windows, marking the first time that a manufacturer’s high-end, flagship device is available on multiple operating systems.

The One, which has been a successful handset for the Taiwan-based manufacturer, made its debut as an Android device. Now you can get it with either Android or Windows operating systems.

Verizon’s new phone has a five-inch display; quad-core, 2.3GHz processor; 2GB of RAM; and 32GB of built-in storage.

The carrier says that small business owners can use their One (M8) as a point-of-sale device without making personal information available. Users can separate personal and professional information, creating distinct experiences for work and fun in a single device.
