ThreatModeler partners are getting a new partner program with the launch of ThreatNet. It’s an expansion of the company’s previous partner program.

The program aims to help partners capitalize on the growing demand for the DevSecOps solutions their customers need to address evolving threats and mitigate risk effectively. This launch reinforces ThreatModeler’s focus on building strong relationships with committed partners that are aligned with the company’s secure-by-design approach to security.

ThreatNet fosters opportunities through resellers, distributors and OEM offerings, as well as through technology partners who can innovate, build and certify their own solutions that integrate with ThreatModeler’s API-based solutions.

Technology partners can also receive the TMI Badge, which showcases their partnership with ThreatModeler. The key solutions offered by the program are ThreatModeler, CloudModeler and IaC Assist, all of which enable users to meet their security requirements.

ThreatModeler is an automated threat-modeling solution that fortifies an enterprise’s software development life cycle (SDLC) by identifying, predicting and defining threats, allowing security and DevOps teams to make proactive security decisions.

ThreatModeler’s Erika Trenkle

“ThreatModeler has seen tremendous growth over the past year,” said Erika Trenkle, ThreatModeler’s director of strategic alliances. “We recently announced the ThreatModeler 6.0 release of our SaaS solutions, and the product suite received great feedback from our partner community. It became clear that now was the right time to also announce the enhancement of our partner program. The program highlights our capability to work strategically with resellers, but also with our technology alliances. We have an open API and see the mutual benefit to co-selling and marketing with each other.”

ThreatNet offers ThreatModeler partners access to a range of benefits, including competitive deal registration, sales support, training and certification, industry insights and marketing support. ThreatModeler has also launched a partner portal that provides product information, a content library of marketing collateral and sales tools to facilitate deal registrations.

“The ThreatNet partner program was designed from industry best practices as well as partner feedback on what is needed for their teams to be successful,” Trenkle said. “Our program makes partnering simpler and enjoyable. We equip and enable our partner community with interactive training, learning paths, lab environments and incentivized selling of our predictable recurring revenue solutions. Just as important, our sales teams are motivated to work with, not against, our sellers and provide them with the tools they need to exceed. At ThreatModeler, we are very excited about the launch of our ThreatNet program and look forward to continued success and global expansion in 2023/2024.”

According to a recent ThreatModeler report, more than 67% of IT leaders agree their team has found it difficult to keep their architectures resilient in the face of increased IT/OT architecture complexity and rising threats. In response, threat modeling has become an increasingly embedded best practice as enterprises seek stronger security and compliance tools for their cloud, legacy and hybrid environments.
