Palo Alto Networks recently recognized its top channel partners.

The security vendor named World Wide Technology (WWT) its top member of the NextWave resale program. It’s a repeat performance by WWT, which started a strategic relationship with Palo Alto in 2015.

Palo Alto also named Westcon International its top distributor globally. Westcon unseated the 2019 top distributor Ingram Micro.

Don Jones, Palo Alto’s senior vice president of ecosystems, praised partners for their resilience in 2020. He also acknowledged their expanding versatility.

“Partners are doing more with us than ever before to safeguard the network — securing users, apps and data from anywhere; offering comprehensive, full life cycle, cloud-native security; and enabling the autonomous SOC,” Jones said.

Palo Alto recognized the winners at its Ignite ’20 Partner Summit.

It honored Intelisys as its top master agent partner in the Americas. CDW earned Partner of the Year for Canada. Also, Cloud Harmonics, which belongs to Ingram Micro, won Americas Distribution Partner of the Year.
