Deloitte is closing out July with the acquisitions of TransientX and Sentek Global.

Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory has acquired TransientX, a zero-trust network access (ZTNA) company based in New Jersey. The deal adds TransientX’s cloud-native application networking technology for ZTNA to Deloitte’s zero trust offerings and solutions.

In addition, Deloitte has acquired Sentek Global, a San Diego-based systems engineering and cybersecurity firm primarily serving the U.S. Navy.

This acquisition will expand Deloitte‘s existing presence in San Diego, while also bolstering its systems engineering capabilities and cyber offerings to other military branches and federal agencies.

Deloitte didn’t say how much it’s paying for either company.

Deloitte Acquisitions This Year

The TransientX acquisition is Deloitte’s fourth cyber acquisition in 2021. It was preceded by the acquisitions of Root9B, CloudQuest and Terbium Labs.

In addition to providing systems engineering and cybersecurity to the defense, security and justice sector, Sentek Global also offers program management and integrated logistics services.

The VAR giant’s acquisition spree is likely to continue during the months ahead.
