Telephony Partners Enables Electronic Contracts with DocuSign

The master agency finalized a partnership with DocuSign to enable its subagents to electronically process suppliers contracts for their customers, speeding processing and reducing errors.

Master agency Telephony Partners finalized a partnership with DocuSign to enable its subagents to electronically process suppliers contracts for their customers, speeding processing and reducing errors.

Contracts signed using DocuSign are accepted by several of Telephony Partners’ suppliers, including Comcast, CenturyLink, Windstream, tw telecom, XO Communications, Broadvox, Nitel, Airespring, Peak10, Knology and others.

Were confident that the list of carriers recognizing DocuSigned contracts is only going to grow as our industry continues to embrace new technologies,” said Josh Anderson, CEO of Telephony Partners, noting that ths system is widely used by direct sales forces.

The DocuSign system provides mechanisms to validate signer identity and secure contract documents post-signature. The system also is ISO/IEC 27001:2005 certified and complies with the federal ESIGN and Gramm-Leach-Bliley Acts.

Telephony Partners already uses DocuSign to execute its agent agreements.
