Telarus Adds Alpheus Ethernet, Colo Products

CHANNEL PARTNERS Master agency Telarus Inc. (Booth #227 at the Channel Partners Conference & Expo) now offers fiber and colocation services in major cities in Texas, one of the nation’s fastest-growing markets, through Alpheus Communications (Booth #238).

The companies announced the partnership this week at the Spring 2012 Channel Partners Conference & Expo in Las Vegas.

Now, Telarus agents may sell Alpheus’ high-bandwidth transport, Ethernet and Internet access, and disaster recovery and data center products.

Alpheus targets enterprise customers in the health care, energy, banking/finance, IT, media and legal fields. The company offers lit and dark fiber throughout Texas, most notably in Austin, Corpus Christi, Dallas, Houston, the Rio Grande Valley and San Antonio. Telarus has added all of Alpheus’ lit buildings to its GeoQuote system so agents can view, on a Google map, the exact location of fiber splice points.
