Integra Telecom Expands Managed, Hosted PBX Services
Integra Telecom Inc. has made its managed PBX and hosted PBX services for business available throughout its entire footprint, rather than in just select markets.
Channel partners are able to sell the products, which are customizable and, according to Integra Telecom, create a scalable unified communications environment. Integra has paired its PBX services with its network services, along with Mitel Networks and NEC IP phones and other equipment.
The managed version of the PBX service helps end users reduce the complexity of managing equipment and service vendors. The hosted PBX platform takes care of the management aspect for end-users. Customers get a private connection and dedicated switch directly to Integra’s data center; billing consists of a flat monthly fee.
Integra Telecom serves businesses and carrier customers in 11 Western states with networking, communications and cloud services.
