Tweet You Later
The distributed denial of service (DDoS) attack against Twitter on Aug. 6 continues to impact MSPmentor’s Twitter feed. I must admit: I feel like somebody has ripped a megaphone out of my hands. Here’s why.
Although most users visit MSPmentor directly, roughly 5 percent of our traffic has been coming from Twitter and reader re-Tweets in recent weeks. Twitter’s hit-and-miss performance over the past 24 hours means I’m having trouble pumping MSPmentor content alerts out to Twitter readers. But equally important, I’m having trouble following some of my favorite Twitter feeds.
Rumors. Gossip. News. Twitter has become quite a resource for managed services chatter in recent months. Pathetically, I miss it.
