I expect to meet MSP University co-founder and CIO Erick Simpson this evening at the Kaseya User Conference’s opening reception here in Las Vegas. Erick has written best-selling books on the managed services industry, and he also assists us from time to time with our Ask a Mentor program, wherein we answer dozens of reader questions per week.

Most recently, Erick has contributed a guest column — a how-to piece, if you will — for MSPs. It’s called “We Can’t Just Sell Managed Services.” It’s available — along with more than 40 case studies and white papers — from our MSPmentor Resource Center (registration required).
