Webroot, an Internet threat protection provider, today announced new integrations with ConnectWise‘s professional services automation (PSA) software and LabTech Software‘s remote monitoring and management (RMM) platform.

Webroot’s BrightCloud security intelligence platform and SecureAnywhere products provide real-time Internet threat detection for businesses, consumers and enterprises. Webroot’s new integration within ConnectWise’s PSA software is designed to allow managed service providers (MSPs) “to streamline the creation, routing and reporting of tickets.”

The expanded LabTech integration enables Webroot’s MSP network to deliver endpoint security services more easily and efficiently, according to the company.

“The latest release of Webroot’s integration into the LabTech platform further demonstrates their commitment to the IT service provider community,” Jason Magee, LabTech vice president of worldwide channels and alliances, said in a prepared statement

Charlie Tomeo, Webroot’s vice president of MSP channel, also commented on the new integrations:

“As the threat landscape becomes more complex, MSPs are turning to Webroot for a scalable, easy-to-manage security solution that helps reduce costs and improve productivity. By expanding our integration within LabTech Software’s RMM platform and ConnectWise’s PSA solutions, Webroot is further enabling MSPs to more easily deliver cloud-based protection that is highly effective and easy to deploy and manage, making it an ideal solution to meet the unique needs of MSP partners.”

Webroot has achieved 246 percent year-over-year channel segment growth to date, the company said.
