Tigerpaw Updates LabTech Software Plug-In for PSA Platform

Tigerpaw Software has updated its integration with remote monitoring and management (RMM) software provider LabTech Software.

Tigerpaw said it is working with the RMM provider to bolster the integration between LabTech and Tigerpaw v14 and Tigerpaw 15R1. A Tigerpaw spokesperson told MSPmentor that the updated integration delivers additional functionality to partners who use the LabTech plug-in.

“Our service provider customers partner with a wide range of RMM companies, and it’s important that our service automation platform can successfully integrate with many providers to provide a seamless dashboard for MSPs,” a Tigerpaw spokesperson told MSPmentor. “We are a very partner-friendly company and believe it’s important to strike all kinds of relationships in order to give our service provider customers a broad choice of services that work well with Tigerpaw.”

Tigerpaw and LabTech Software have already worked together for several years, Tigerpaw said, and the PSA platform provider pointed out that it is in discussions to collaborate with other RMM software providers as well.

Tigerpaw released the most recent version of its PSA platform last month and continues to explore ways to expand its services.

Corrected July 16, 2015 to indicate that the plugin is an update to an already existing plugin that provides integration between the two platforms.
