Tigerpaw Software has integrated its professional services automation (PSA) software with remote monitoring and management (RMM) solution Servoyant.

The Bellevue, Nebraska-based PSA software company said the Servoyant integration gives managed service providers (MSPs) “a closed-loop system that shares monitoring, alerts, metrics, ticketing, asset polling, invoicing and reporting data – all from one integrated system.”

Tigerpaw noted that the integration “unifies disparate network management and support tools into a single platform,” enabling MSPs to convert Servoyant alerts into Tigerpaw service orders, poll assets, bill for open tickets and close notifications.

Also, the integration leverages Tigerpaw’s automated billing and payment-processing functionality for managed service agreements to deliver touch-free billing and payment processing for assets monitored in Servoyant.

Complete solution

“For those moving to an MSP model, the new Tigerpaw/Servoyant partnership offers a complete solution that maximizes profitability and operational efficiency across the board,” Tigerpaw President James Foxall said in a prepared statement.

Tigerpaw currently supports more than 35,000 users, and the Servoyant integration could be one of several RMM integration moves that the PSA software company makes in 2015.

What else is ahead for Tigerpaw this year?

Foxall told MSPmentor that his company is “working very closely with all of the major RMM vendors on new integrations based on the Tigerpaw application programming interface (API).”

Additionally, Tigerpaw is working on a data mining and filtering tool called “The Matrix” and building a cloud solution, according to Foxall.

“We’ve also got a brand new piece of technology called ‘The Matrix’ coming out. This will be, by far, the most powerful data mining and filtering tool you will find in any PSA,” Foxall told MSPmentor last month. “By next summer, you’re going to see us bring the robust UI of a desktop app to the cloud. Tigerpaw’s going to have an affordable, true cloud solution, and we’re very excited about that!”
