Tigerpaw CEO Unveils Learning Management System for PSA Software

Tigerpaw Software CEO James Foxall today unveiled a learning management system (LMS) for his company’s professional services automation (PSA) software.

Foxall said he believes the LMS can help Tigerpaw customers gain a better return on investment (ROI).

“We’ve put a lot into our product over the last five years,” he told Tigerpaw Partner Conference attendees. “We want stability, we want performance improvements and we want to deliver the value that you pay for.”

The LMS provides “a whole new evolution of training,” Foxall said, and is designed to make it easier for employees to leverage Tigerpaw.

“Tigerpaw knows the roles of employees,” he said. “When you onboard a new person, you can enter his or her information into Tigerpaw and assign roles, and Tigerpaw’s LMS will take over from there to provide the right training materials.”

Foxall added the LMS will be free for Tigerpaw customers and is expected to launch later this year.

Top 10 ways to implement Tigerpaw

In addition to the LMS announcement (and the news that Tigerpaw now officially owns Tigerpaw.com), Foxall provided a top 10 list of ways Tigerpaw customers can implement his company’s PSA software:

  1. Automatic billing/payment processing

  2. Link to accounting

  3. Conditional workflows

  4. Customer portal/bill pay

  5. Password Keeper

  6. Email Connector

  7. Mobile

  8. Service order templates

  9. Opportunity management

  10. Inventory tracking

He pointed out Tigerpaw is a valuable “end-to-end solution” and is encouraging his company’s customers to fully leverage it.

“Hopefully, you guys did not buy Tigerpaw as a point solution,” Foxall told conference attendees. “The value in Tigerpaw is when you embrace it as an end-to-end solution.”
