Panorama9 Updates MSP Platform for Better Client Control
Cloud-based IT management platform vendor Panorama9 has released an update to its platform that provides managed services providers (MSPs) with better customer support and control.
The update gives MSPs advanced user management tools, templates for a standardized notification system and a new design. The platform also monitors for vulnerabilities, server outages and compliance issues for multiple clients from a single dashboard.
The update provides the following additions:
- Enhanced collaboration tools — allows users to assign responsibilities and add notes about client details and procedures.
- Greater granularity — increases admin permission tools, enabling partners to select which users have access to which clients
- Templates for client notifications and weekly/monthly reports — provides advanced Zendesk integration that lets partners track multiple clients through one helpdesk account while keeping a full overview of individual client details such as alarms and notifications.
The company aimed to provide MSPs and their clients with “peace of mind” with this update, according to Panorama9 CEO Allan Thorvaldsen.
“No matter how many clients an MSP has, they can track all activity and alerts from a single view, then easily drill down and focus on a particular area or client,” he said.
Panorama9 launched its MSP Partner Program back in March 2013, and the company says its program provides a simple way for MSPs to add value and revenue with access to flexible billing options, dedicated support and a cloud-based IT management technology.
