NetEnrich Expands Services for SMB Partners

NetEnrich, a provider of outsourced wholesale IT services for managed service providers, is broadening its offering for small and medium businesses with more support for light storage, virtualization and cloud compute infrastructures.

NetEnrich Senior VP and GM Justin Crotty told MSPmentor that many MSPs may have spun up network operation center(NOC) teams or big infrastructure management teams, but could be finding that they aren’t making the money they had expected to make. Plus, clients are asking for more technologies to be supported.

That’s where NetEnrich can come in to help partners offer those services by serving as the back end. As always, MSPs can white label the NetEnrich services.

“There are ways to bring in the right expertise to augment what they can do and provide a great client experience at the same time,” he told me.

NetEnrich said in a statement that the improved SMB Services leverage NetEnrich’s existing IT operations platform, which lets IT solution providers view and remotely manage their clients’ entire IT infrastructures, including on-premises infrastructure, virtualized infrastructure, cloud-based compute and hybrid IT environments.

NetEnrich also offers “pay-as-you-grow” pricing, 24X7X365 services performed by experienced and certified technicians following ITIL processes, and domain-level skilled resources to identify and resolve issues in accordance with SLAs.

NetEnrich’s SMB Services are available now through Ingram Micro and NetEnrich, and IT solution providers can choose from the following three levels of services engagement:

SMB Manage: Includes the full remediation and management of a client’s complete IT infrastructure. SMB Manage is the most comprehensive managed services offering and focuses on troubleshooting, remediation, coordination with 3rd-party vendor tech support, and reporting via NetEnrich’s secure IT operations platform.

SMB Aid: Supports the proactive monitoring of the client’s IT infrastructure by checking on the availability and performance of operating system services, event logs, SNMP-based network devices, and hardware errors.

SMB SmartEscalate: Adds a layer of support for solution providers who want to avoid the cost and complexity of managing inbound infrastructure alerts, and instead leverages NetEnrich to organize all critical issues that require attention and engage the solution provider technical team to focus on resolving customers’ problems.
