ManageEngine Product Management Vice President Sridhar Iyengar says he's received several requests from customers about monitoring Siebel CRM.

ManageEngine, a division of Zoho Corp., on Tuesday said it’s now supporting Siebel CRM in its Applications Manager, an application performance monitoring solution.

By supporting Siebel CRM, ManageEngine aims to assist MSPs with monitoring Siebel implementations, identifying and resolving Siebel performance problems, and maintaining service-level agreements (SLAs).

ManageEngine Product Management Vice President Sridhar Iyengar told MSPmentor that additional monitoring is essential to “reducing problem resolution time, resulting in more efficient operations and better IT services.”

“MSPs supporting such organization can show value by ensuring these applications are always up and running at best performance,” he said.

He added: “MSPs can improve their recurring revenue model by bundling additional services along with Siebel monitoring, such as, customization of a Siebel CRM workflow or process.”

The decision to support Siebel CRM was a result of customers and prospects sending several requests to ManageEngine about monitoring the solution, Iyengar said.

Additionally, supporting Siebel CRM provides a single monitoring console for multiple ERP applications like Siebel, Oracle EBS and SAP ERP.
