Level Platforms Integrates Docuwise Managed Print Services

Remote monitoring and management (RMM) platform provider Level Platforms announced an integration with hybrid managed print solutions provider Docuwise to extend managed print and device discovery capabilities built-in to Managed Workplace, allowing managed services providers (MSPs) to expand their managed print offering, differentiate their services, and drive additional revenues, the company said. Here are the details.

Through this integration, MSPs are provided with the ability to manage the entire print management ecosystem on Level Platforms' RMM software, Managed Workplace. Managed print services including proactive printer monitoring, remote control, automated delivery of manufacturer firmware updates, management of local print servers and network management, are  available to partners through Docuwise's “Print Environment System Organizer,” also known as PESO. Docuwise calls PESO its proprietary, personalized cloud-based managed print services web portal. MSPs can deliver remote management and diagnostics of printer fleets while broadening their offering by automating supply ordering, printer maintenance and remediation via Docuwise's turn-key white label fulfillment services.

Managed Workplace’s single dashboard provides a view into a customer's IT infrastructure, including printer monitoring and management. The printer monitoring and management module discovers network printers and imaging devices and provides monitors and alerts on device status, paper jams, and consumable supply issues. Capabilities also include the ability to automatically recycle a printer, provide direct remote control to a printer web console behind the firewall and push firmware updates to printers across multiple organizations with Level Platforms IT automation features. MSPs can also deliver auto supply fulfillment, cost per copy and total-cost-of-ownership programs.

“Managed print is a key opportunity for our partners as they seek ways to deliver the most comprehensive IT services to their clients,” Level Platforms Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Accounts Phil Weaver. “With this simple integration our Partners can easily provide incremental high margin managed print services to organizations with even a handful of printers. Leveraging deep printer monitoring and management from Level Platforms with auto fulfillment for supplies and consumables from Docuwise, MSPs can add value to their current service offering, differentiating themselves from their competitors and creating substantial recurring revenue.”

Level Platforms will hold its 2013 MSP Community Summit on June 17-19 at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas, offering partners training, education, and community collaboration. To learn more about the Level Platforms Vendor Alliance program, visit the company’s website.
