LabTech Software is now offering single-paned enterprise mobility services across cloud and mobile platforms.

The remote monitoring and management (RMM) software provider has announced it will deliver IBM MobileFirst Protect (formerly MaaS360) for enterprise mobility management (EMM).

MobileFirst Protect will provide LabTech Software’s managed service provider (MSP) partners with “access to cloud-based mobility lifecycle management that is affordable to any size IT business,” according to LabTech Software.

“It is our primary goal to provide IT service providers with a variety of solutions, empowering them to select the options that best suit their unique business needs. Our agreement with IBM allows us to offer a premium solution that not only supports all major operating systems, but provides robust functionality that many IT service providers are demanding,” LabTech Software CEO Matt Nachtrab said in a prepared statement

Other MobileFirst Protect features include:

  • End user self-service enrollment capabilities

  • Mobility intelligence dashboards

  • Multi-OS mobile support

  • Real-time compliance enforcement

  • Unified management console

In addition, LabTech Software said it is developing a MobileFirst Protect integration that will provide a single pane of glass for managing users, desktops, servers, virtual systems, network devices and mobile devices.

Introducing Veeam Endpoint Backup for LabTech

LabTech Software also has unveiled Veeam Endpoint Backup for LabTech, which helps the company’s MSP partners streamline their physical backup and recovery activities through LabTech.

The company noted that Veeam Endpoint Backup for LabTech enables its MSP partners “to take a centralized approach to deploy the endpoint backup agent, configure backup jobs, perform recovery tasks, monitor endpoint backup status and even perform remote bare-metal restores.”

“This integration with Veeam further enhances our partners’ ability to secure customer environments and allows IT solution providers to direct more time to delivering their customers exceptional services,” Nachtrab said.
