LabTech Software, a remote monitoring and management (RMM) platform provider, is opening a new office in the UK, marking another step forward for this managed service provider (MSP) tools vendor. In addition to the new UK office, LabTech has partners in the United States, Australia, Canada and Ireland that have helped this ConnectWise Capital company extend its global reach.

Here’s what LabTech’s CEO had to say about the company’s recent growth:

“We have been laser focused on helping IT service providers achieve growth and profitability through IT automation, and this commitment has allowed us to achieve key milestones as a company,” LabTech CEO Matt Nachtrab said, in a statement.

Jason Magee, VP of worldwide channels & alliances, commented on the company’s expansion.

“We are making a big push to expand into Europe, starting with a new office in the UK, and we are very excited that our international peers are already recognizing us for this expansion and growth,” he said in a statement.

To meet managed service providers’ demand for an automated, agent-based RMM solution, LabTech has increased its staff and invested in its processes over the past few years. And LabTech’s efforts appear to have paid off. The company reports it was recently was named a Top 20 Service Provider Tool by IT-Business Germany and has sold more than 3 million agents worldwide. And the following are some of the other milestones the company has hit:

  • 3,500 partners (as of July 2013)

  • Over 1,600 of the company’s partners converted from a competing RMM tool

  • Over 400 partners are now served through the LabTech Cloud

  • Over 200 partners now manage 2,500+ endpoints

  • 1,000 partners now run their MSP with the ModernOffice Suite

  • LabTech partners support 125,000 small businesses

  • LabTech reports that it experienced 5,208 percent growth from 2009 to 2012, increasing its revenues from $435,037 to $23.1 million

  • Among Inc. 500/5000 honorees, LabTech was ranked first for “Tampa Metro Area,” number 5 for “Top 100 Florida Companies” and number 5 for “Top 100 Software Companies”

So where does LabTech go from here? Magee, who is overseeing LabTech’s international expansion, noted that Europe will play an important role in his company’s long-term success.

“We are aggressively expanding into the EMEA market,” Magee added. “We are already seeing international markets embrace and adopt LabTech Software, and with a number of new LabTech resources coming on board, we are confident this adoption will continue to accelerate.”
