Kaseya, Greater Intell Partner: Here’s What MSPs Need to Know
The remote monitoring and management (RMM) software company is working with Greater Intell to deliver offerings designed to drive revenue growth for managed service providers (MSPs).

Greater Intell CEO Kirk Feathers is an ex-Kaseya senior technology analyst, and Chief Technology Officer Corey Mandell is Kaseya’s former executive vice president of development.
Much of Greater Intell’s previous work has focused on providing integration services to vendors of third-party software tools to make them work with the Kaseya Virtual System Administrator(VSA) RMM platform.
“This agreement for Kaseya to resell Greater Intell’s products and integration solutions is a major milestone,” Mandell said. “The Kaseya ecosystem will grow rapidly in the months and years ahead and we are excited to be part of the beginning stages of this new growth.”
Greater Intell provides software products and professional services for IT management platforms, including:
- giDocs– Enables users to secure and control their documents and content and access these materials from any device. giDocs is integrated into Kaseya VSA.
- giLens– Allows MSPs to leverage Kaseya VSA to visualize system issues. For example, an MSP can use giLens to view customer IT system outages on a map in real-time.
- giMobile– Gives MSPs geographical awareness of all organizations, groups and giMobile users. giMobile features a Kaseya user interface designed for smartphone and tablet users.
Mandell told MSPmentor that Greater Intell remains committed to the MSP market and is collaborating with service providers and other third-party partners on new offerings.
