Kaseya 7.0: Here’s What MSPs Need to Know
Kaseya 7.0, the newest version of the company’s remote monitoring and management platform made its debut this week. Among the new features? A new remote control module. Here’s what else MSPs can expect.
The company said the release is designed to provide innovations across its cloud, IT and mobile solutions with integrated network monitoring that allows MSPs to control all of their IT environments from a single screen.
“The Kaseya server maintains a consistent connection with all agents and devices,” Tom Hayes, the company’s vice president of product marketing, told MSPmentor. “It’s virtually instantaneous.”
Other Kaseya 7.0 features include:
- Enhanced administration and management of Microsoft (MSFT) SharePoint Online
- Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM)
- Integration with the most recent version of Intuit QuickBooks
- New dashboards
- New Remote Control module
Yogesh Gupta, Kaseya’s CEO, commented on the release in a prepared statement:
“IT environments are becoming increasingly complex and the rapid adoption of mobile and cloud technologies is making the task of managing IT even more challenging. With its new capabilities, version 7.0 of the Kaseya portfolio of products is redefining the IT Management industry for MSPs and mid-market enterprises. Further, customers can obtain immediate value, high reliability and a lower total cost of ownership.”
Kaseya noted the new release could help MSPs “deliver high-quality IT services with greater efficiency.”
