Remote monitoring and management (RMM) software provider GFI Max has provided some insight into its momentum in recruiting new managed service providers. The company this week announced more than 10,000 managed service providers (MSPs) are using its RemoteManagement platform. Here are some more momentum details from the company.

RemoteManagement supports nearly 660,000 MSP engineer logins every month, which GFI Max said makes it the most widely-used managed services management platform today.

“GFI Max has consistently invested in the growth of its partners and as a result has built up the largest community of MSPs in the world, as evidenced by the 10,000 active users of our solutions,” Alistair Forbes, general manager of GFI MAX’s business unit, told MSPmentor. “The GFI Max commercial model uniquely aligns our commercial interests with those of our partners, resulting in a shared stake in the outcome with our MSP partners.”

The company said RemoteManagement can help MSPs:

  • Become more efficient

  • Sell new services and build recurring revenues

  • Win more contracts

MSPs also can leverage RemoteManagement to offer complete endpoint security services, according to GFI Max.

“Our customers understand that in order to remain successful, they need to strive to be more than a simple service provider for clients, and it’s our job to supply them with solutions that allow them to strengthen not only how they position themselves to prospective customers, but also how they grow relationships with existing ones,” Forbes said in a prepared statement.

Why are MSPs choosing GFI Max?

GFI Max said the company’s recent update to its RemoteManagement platform is one of several reasons why this its RMM software is making headway with MSPs.

The company added Web Protection to RemoteManagement in May, and this feature enables MSPs to control, monitor and enforce web policies from a single pane of glass.

Forbes pointed out his company wants to expand its service offerings as well to ensure MSPs can support all of their customers’ IT needs.

“Our overall goal is to create the best customer experience in the industry and to be recognized as the strongest possible partner for MSPs of all sizes,” he said. “We aim to extend our lead in market share and to use our continually growing community to take a leadership role in supporting the industry through the transitions being driven by advances in mobility, cloud services and the ever-changing threat landscape.”
