More than 450 of GFI Max’s managed services providers (MSPs) this week attended the remote monitoring and management (RMM) company’s user conference in Orlando, Florida to find out what’s ahead for their RMM platform over the next year.
Some quick notes: The conference duration this year was extended (from two days to three), peer-to-peer breakout sessions were available and event registration nearly doubled from last year.
