Here's a list of must-read stories from GFI Max's user conference for the channel.

More than 450 of GFI Max’s managed services providers (MSPs) this week attended the remote monitoring and management (RMM) company’s user conference in Orlando, Florida to find out what’s ahead for their RMM platform over the next year.

Some quick notes: The conference duration this year was extended (from two days to three), peer-to-peer breakout sessions were available and event registration nearly doubled from last year.

Here’s a list of must-read stories from this week’s conference for channel partners.

The conversation you’re having with customers shouldn’t necessarily be about natural disasters. Another great discussion you have with customers should be about people.

GFI Software Reorganizes, Splitting Across Customer Lines. GFI Software will split into two companies — one that serves the managed services market exclusively and another that serves IT end user companies. The corporate restructuring will officially take place on October 1 and create two companies: LogicNow and GFI.
