Cytracom has unleashed a flurry of announcements of late — seven in all. Among other things, the company unveiled a close integration with Kaseya BMS and Microsoft Office, plus new hardware options that put the company in a more competitive position than before.

For insights on all of the Texas company’s recent news, Channel Futures turned to Cytracom co-founder and CEO Zane Conkle. Conkle last appeared on Channel Futures last November when he participated in this podcast. Since then, his company has been busy. Take the news announced at the Connect IT Global conference in Las Vegas.

“This week Kaseya announced native integration into Cytracom. They are bringing VoIP and voice right into the [Kaseya] BMS platform,” he says. “Voice has been left out, so integrating it into a PSA is huge.”

In a new video, Conkle provides insights into why that is. He also updates viewers on Cytracom’s new integration with Microsoft Office 365, and discusses some new hardware options for MSPs.
