Continuum is now enabling its managed service provider (MSP) partners to complete Payment Card Information (PCI) risk assessments.

The Boston-based remote monitoring and management (RMM) software provider has added a PCI Compliance Module to its Network Assessment Tool.

So what does the PCI Compliance Module offer MSPs? Continuum said its PCI Compliance Module delivers “the fastest and easiest way to perform a PCI compliance assessment.”

In addition, Continuum noted that the module enables its MSP partners to offer additional services, including one-time and ongoing compliance and remediation support.

“There is an opportunity for MSPs to help businesses become PCI compliant, delivering a new revenue opportunity for our MSP partners,” Mary Crogan, Continuum’s director of Product Marketing, said in a prepared statement. “The PCI Module provides a comprehensive set of reports that demonstrate to clients the depth and quality of MSPs’ services and helps clients to understand their risks.”

Continuum updates Continuity247 platform

Continuum last week launched a new version of its Continuity247 backup and disaster recovery (BDR) platform that includes instant restore for virtual workloads and desktop support.

“With Continuity247, Continuum offers a fully managed BDR platform that combines the reliability and security of IBM Cloud with a cost-effective solution that delivers better margins for MSPs,” Continuum CEO Michael George said in a prepared statement.

Continuum also said it will convert any existing Vault BDR customers to Continuity247 for free; the company stopped selling its Vault solution in June.
