CloudBerry Lab has launched integrations with two professional services automation (PSA) platform heavyweights Autotask and ConnectWise that specialize in managed service providers (MSPs).

The cloud-based backup and file management services company said it pursued the integrations because of customer demand.

“We listen to our customers, [and] integration with PSA systems was one of the top customer requests,” a CloudBerry spokesperson told MSPmentor. “With these integrations, MSPs can increase quality and speed of provided services by managing user accounts, billing and support from one place.”

The Autotask integration

The CloudBerry, Autotask integration allows MSPs to automate customer management for backup services, including user lists and billing and support tickets, according to CloudBerry.

Len DiCostanzo, Autotask’s senior vice president of community and business development, said he believes this integration enables MSPs to centralize their data and operations.

“With this integration, CloudBerry can help service providers increase their top line by offering new backup services, while we help improve their bottom line by improving efficiency and operations,” he said in a prepared statement.

The ConnectWise integration

The CloudBerry, ConnectWise integration could help service providers, too.

This integration allows ConnectWise users to import contacts into the CloudBerry Managed Backup Service and be notified automatically of any backup or restore failures, CloudBerry said.

Alexey Serkov, CloudBerry’s chief technology officer, also pointed out that this integration allows MSPs to access all of their backup billing information, along with data from the ConnectWise platform, in a single location.

“ConnectWise customers can now complement their current IT services and solution offerings with an efficient, cloud-based, fully managed backup offering,” Serkov said in a prepared statement. “Customers trust these service providers to provide efficient, robust and reliable online backup services, and with this combination, they can be sure to deliver.”

Both integrations are now available.
