A former Verizon Business Markets channel figure has joined BCN Telecom.

Keith Mullins is BCN’s new agent sales director. The company says he’s coming on board to help the company and its partners grow in the Southwest. That includes helping partners as they tailor solutions for their customers.

He brings market knowledge, experience and strong relationships across the partner channel, particularly in the Southwest, an area in which BCN is targeting significant growth,” said Michael Ginsburg, BCN’s vice president of sales. “BCN is 100 percent channel-driven and deeply committed to the success of our partners. The addition of Keith to our team will have an immediate positive impact on our expansion and contribute to our revenue growth objectives.”

Mullins will report to Ginsburg, who has told Channel Partners that his goal is to grow the company’s partner and customer base. BCN Telecom’s portfolio features networking and data services, SD-WAN and broadband aggregation.

Mullins spent most of 2017 working for Verizon Business Markets as a partner sales manager. His position at VBM carried over from XO Communications, which Verizon acquired. He also worked as an account manager for CenturyLink — a company with which he spent more than a decade.

I look forward to bringing new relationships and opportunities to the organization and supporting the expansion and implementation of the company’s corporate initiatives and strategies,” Mullins said.

BCN Telecom last month added three new companies to its broadband portfolio, a major step in its national expansion.
