CLOUD PARTNERS — Telarus (Booth 625), the master agency and technology distributor, has named Trish Kapos as SVP of marketing and Richard Stoker as vice president of base management.

Kapos will be in charge of the creative marketing, supplier management and recruiting departments. A 12-year veteran of AT&T Wireless, she will be tasked with elevating the Telarus brand, streamlining interactions with suppliers, attracting new partners, and building a team that will onboard and train new partners in preparation for handoff to the business development team.

Stoker heads up a brand-new customer retention group. He will be performing customer account management for partners who choose to opt into the program, which is expected to launch later this year. Stoker comes to Telarus from MarketStar, where he served for 15 years as sales director. He will be hiring account managers and inside sales professionals to maintain and grow revenue from existing customers.

Earlier this week, Telarus announced Tyler Smith’s appointment as vice president of engineering.
