NinjaOne has hired former ConnectWise and Liongard chief revenue officer Adam Slutskin. Slutskin has joined NinjaOne as chief channel advisor to help drive the company forward during its “high-growth” mode.

NinjaOne’s Adam Slutskin

An industry veteran and advocate, Slutskin will help bolster NinjaOne’s solution. He will also serve as a public face and presence across the company’s sales and marketing activities. For this initiative, he will advise on everything from go-to-market strategies for new products to sales training and attending industry events on behalf of NinjaOne.

In his most recent role as CRO of Liongard, Slutskin grew the company’s MSP customers from near zero to more than 2,000. At Connectwise, Slutskin rose through the ranks to direct the company’s global sales strategy.

Here’s our list of channel people on the move in April.

“Adam is one of the most trusted and sought-after channel advisers not just for his sales experience, but also for his unyielding belief in culture, mentorship, and entrepreneurship — three core values of NinjaOne,” said NinjaOne CEO Sal Sferlazza. “We’re aligned on growing NinjaOne into a market leader while also building a world-class culture. As we look ahead, I couldn’t ask for a better channel adviser to help us navigate this moment.”

New Role

Slutskin’s first priorities will be to evaluate NinjaOne’s sales engagement strategy in the MSP channel. He will work with sales leadership to optimize team structure and execute new high-growth strategies. Slutskin will also advise on strategic integrations and partnerships with some of the most prominent vendors serving the channel. He will play an important role in building the NinjaOne community through company-sponsored webinars, fireside chats and other marketing activities.

“I’ve always respected NinjaOne’s channel-first approach to growth and couldn’t be more thrilled to partner with them at this moment in their journey,” said Slutskin. “Today, the largest MSPs need solutions that are unified, secure, easy to use, and integrate seamlessly with the rest of their toolbox. I believe NinjaOne is the solution channel leaders need at the moment and I can’t wait to apply what I’ve learned over nearly two decades in the channel to this role.”

Rapid Expansion

NinjaOne is expanding quickly and broadly. The company now boasts more than 430 employees. It also recently hired a new chief trust officer to scale both security and support infrastructure. On the product side, Ninja Ticketing is now generally available. In addition, the new 5.3.1 platform update has introduced new security affirming and life-enhancing features. The company has more than 7,000 customers and supports more than 3 million endpoints.
