“My philosophy is to be customer-centric and to ensure that as we grow and scale our processes, our customers are always top of mind,” Accardi told Channel Futures

Here’s our list of channel people on the move in September.

Accardi was previously the president and CRO of Star2Star, a Sangoma company. During her eight years in leadership at the UC and cloud communications company, she led strategic growth initiatives and was instrumental in the merger with Sangoma. As a result, the grew the company to 600 employees and millions of end-users globally. Before Star2Star, Accardi was VP of digital transformation and VP of global marketing shared service for CA Technologies.

Rapid Growth

Logically has been on a rapid growth path, acquiring many companies with various technologies.

“One of things that I will be looking at is which technologies will have the most impact and benefit for our customers,” said Accardi. “I will be looking to see how we can best leverage these technology solutions to help our customers. [And] in addition, I will be looking at any possible solution gaps to add to our portfolio. My goal is to make us the leader in the MSP space, so that people will want to join Logically and our customers will grow with us.”

“Michelle is an experienced business executive with over 25 years’ experience, and I have no doubt she will put those impressive skills to work alongside the team to deliver exemplary service to our customers and growth to Logically,” said Cowles. “I am honored and privileged to have served alongside such a dedicated group of smart, hard-working people here at Logically and am excited to see what the next chapter looks like under Michelle’s leadership.”
