Goldie previously was vice president of channel at VoIP and UCaaS provider Cytracom, and before that, a VP of channel at IT Glue. Gradient says his track record of helping build other channel companies will be of great value. His team will focus on building relationships throughout the industry.

“We’re on a mission to help thousands of MSPs save untold hours of painful billing reconciliation. [We are also here to] make sure they get paid for everything they do,” said Colin Knox, CEO, Gradient. “Dave Goldie is going to play a key role in reaching MSPs across the globe. [He will also] act as a listening post to ensure we deliver what MSPs need most to build stronger businesses. I have great respect for him, as many others in the industry do. We could not be more excited to have him on board.”

Gradient is trying to make things in the channel better connected than ever before. Goldie’s hiring is timely as the company prepares for the launch of Billable at its Leg Up event in November.

“It feels great to get back into the channel,” said Dave Goldie. “Working with MSPs is so rewarding. We’re building something here at Gradient that will be a real difference maker for a lot of managed service providers. I can’t wait to renew connections and start making new ones.”
