AppSmart, Telegration Vet Latest Member of Telarus Senior Leadership Team

The new sales leader has more than 28 years of channel sales and leadership experience.

AppSmart and Telegration vet Tim Basa has joined the Telarus leadership team as senior vice president of sales. His job is to drive field sales teams in North America.

Basa will build awareness of the Utah-based technology solutions brokerage’s tools, pre-and post-sale resources, and strategic funding programs to expand cloud, CCaaS, UCaaS, IoT, security and SD-WAN practices.

Basa comes to Telarus with more than 28 years of channel sales and leadership experience at Telegration – which was acquired by AppSmart – BullsEye and Nitel. He was AppSmart’s vice president of sales, and before that, Telegration’s president.

‘Trailblazing’ Organization

Channel Futures has awarded Basa both its Channel Influencer and Circle of Excellence awards.

In his previous roles, Basa was executive vice president of sales and marketing at BullsEye and Nitel.

Dan Foster is Telarus’ chief revenue officer.

“We are excited to welcome Tim to our senior leadership team,” he said. “Tim is an industry veteran who has served in senior channel leadership roles for some prominent suppliers and peers of ours. He is well-liked and respected in the channel because he understands first-hand how to attract and develop top-selling elite partners.”

Last month, Telarus unveiled a cybersecurity assessment resource as the first of a series of white-labeled engineering tools for partners.
