ViaWest Releases PCI-Compliant Cloud Service

ViaWest launched its KINECTed PCI-compliant cloud service on Tuesday, aiming to support companies that accept, store, process or transmit credit card data.

Data breaches seem to occur every week, and within high-profile brands such as Home Depot and Target.  

The KINECTed platform is a virtual private cloud that uses secure network infrastructure to protect data, ViaWest said. No additional hardware, software or in-house compliance expertise is needed, according to the company.

KINECTed PCI Compliant Cloud comes with the following:
