Soleran Grows Exponentially With eSalesTrack CRM

The industry perception of CRM software is about to change as eSalesTrack (Booth #1825 at the Channel Partners Conference & Expo) moves forward in 2010. Kansas City-based Soleran says it has experienced 300 percent growth, despite a tough economy, on the success of its eSalesTrack CRM product.

The company says the key difference with eSalesTrack is that it was created by salespeople for salespeople. The old adage, “if you want something done right, do it yourself” held true, as several successful salespeople turned into entrepreneurs; on a quest to build the better mouse trap – or CRM tool. The premise was simple: make it so easy, you’ll actually use it. The Web-based eSalesTrack is accessible from any Web browser, making it inherently mobile and useful to an equally mobile sales team. Its secure data centers are managed 24-hours a day, guaranteeing a company’s information is protected, according to the company.

“Salespeople are busier than ever and budgets are shrinking, so we designed eSalesTrack to tackle both issues,” said Soleran CEO, Grady Hawley. “We’re simply doing what no one else is doing: marketing a CRM product that is easy to use, easy to get started, and easy on the wallet.”

Intuitive design combined with personalized training, free online tutorials and weekly classes allows eSalesTrack to become part of the sales team with functionality to grow with a company’s needs. In essence, the purpose behind eSalesTrack was to create a product so easy, the sales team would actually use it. But in an industry where start-up costs and packages for popular brands can make CRM tools unattainable, eSalesTrack focuses on delivering clients all-inclusive features for low, monthly fees.

“Simplicity and savings truly are the driving factors in our industry today, and we’re building a reputation with eSalesTrack based upon delivering in both those areas,” said COO Greg Truitt. “Our focus is to redefine how the sales force perceives and uses CRM tools by raising the bar on quality while still respecting any sized company’s budget.”
