PNG Introduces Advanced Toll-Free SIP Service
PowerNet Global Enterprise Solutions, a division of PowerNet Global, announced that it will introduce Advanced Toll-Free SIP service, which provides super routing features, to agents and businesses nationwide.
The innovative service offers features that can revolutionize toll-free service for businesses, the company said. Combining inbound toll-free service with features like call blocking, network call redirect, enhanced call routing, and extended call coverage, it can also be bundled with any other voice or data service that PNG offers.
“For years, this type of functionality has only been available in TDM format and at a much higher price point than we’re able to offer our Advanced Toll-Free SIP service,” said Matt Ziebro, vice president of Enterprise Sales at PowerNet Global. “As a result, this product can really benefit medium-to-large-size inbound call centers who have specialized requirements and want to save money by switching to SIP services.”
The launch of the Advanced Toll-Free SIP service into PowerNet Global’s voice portfolio is one of many new services the company has expanded their offering mix with lately. This new service comes on the heels of its SIP Lines service inauguration and just before more advanced services launch in early 2010.
