Global Knowledge Adds to Avaya Aura Contact Center Training

Worldwide training provider Global Knowledge has added additional training for the Avaya Aura Contact Center to its roster of Avaya product classes.

Now available are three classes covering installation and configuration, administration, scripting and reporting.

The Avaya Aura Contact Center Installation and Configuration class instructs students on installing and configuring Contact Center Manager Server and Contact Center Manager Administration, as well as basic maintenance. Students also will learn to install the license manager, server utility, security framework, service creation environment, agent desktop displays, user client software and migration/upgrades.

In the Avaya Aura Contact Center Administration class will be instructed on accessing Contact Center Administration and configuring threshold classes, call presentation classes, skill sets, call center agents and call center supervisors. In addition, they will learn about the switch interface, acquisition of resources, and methods of system management, and will be taught how to configure administrators and use the configuration tool.

Global Knowledge also is offering an Avaya Aura Contact Center Fast Track course on installation, administration and scripting, combining 15 days of training into 10 days. The class covers content from the Installation and Configuration, Administration and Service Creation Environment classes, including installation, administration and configuration.
