Windstream Enterprise partners can access new tools on the company’s WE Connect Partners portal.

The business communications giant says the enhancements can help partners grow their pipelines and better manage their customer base. Additional partner incentives also are available.

Here’s our most recent list of important channel-program changes you should know.

Rob Westervelt is senior vice president of channel sales at Windstream Enterprise.

“We have completely re-imagined what a partner experience could and should be,” said Westervelt. “This is about giving our partners the tools they need to thrive in a highly competitive market, and it’s also about making it easier for them – and by extension, their customers – to do business with us.”

Enhancements to the portal include a new quote-to-cash feature. This helps Windstream partners not only create a real-time quote, but automatically generate a contract that’s ready for the buyer’s signature. Also new is real-time access to base reporting and client account management information. This allows partners to support their base, open trouble tickets and easily find Windstream resources.

Michael Fiacco is chief revenue officer for Windstream Enterprise.

“With tools like the new quote-to-cash feature, we’re creating a richer selling experience and a winning environment for our channel partners, one they can’t get with just any digital communications provider,” said Fiacco.

More Enhancements for Windstream Partners

Furthermore, the portal update includes new earning opportunities via customer renewals. Specifically, Windstream Enterprise partners get visibility into in- and out-of-term accounts. There are pre-built renewal offers available, and partners can send offers directly through the portal. Windstream says this makes it easier to know exactly where partners’ entire book of business stands. Moreover, they’re earning additional incentives in the process.

Finally, the portal now offers a 360-degree view that makes every aspect of a partner’s relationship with Windstream quickly accessible, the company said. The dashboard makes it possible to order services and build orders. Partners also can view and manage customer accounts, network performance and reporting.
