Whaleback Opens Philadelphia Channel Sales Office

Whaleback Systems has opened a regional channel sales office in Philadelphia continuing the companys expansion of its reseller network throughout the eastern United States.

Whaleback also said several eastern Pennsylvania telecom services companies Schultz Technology Solutions, Innovative Data Solutions Inc. and Communatech have joined its Partner Program to support sales of CrystalBlue Voice service to SMB customers in the state.

We are excited to have these three blue-chip telecom services partners joining the Whaleback team to help drive our expansion into Eastern Pennsylvania, said Mark Galvin, co-founder, president and CEO of Whaleback. We believe that small- and medium-sized businesses in this region will embrace the technology and business benefits of Whalebacks managed CrystalBlue Voice service that is fully backed by a trusted local telecom service partner from their own ZIP code.

Whaleback’s CrystalBlue Voice service features an all-inclusive, unlimited nationwide calling package for companies needing between 5 and 1,500 phone stations, said the company. The CrystalBlue Voice Service includes a separate “voice only” broadband connection inclusive in the monthly price, and the entire service is monitored and maintained around the clock.
