During last week’s Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference, business application and cloud solutions provider Tribridge's Concerto Cloud Services division launched a new channel partner program to help resellers help their customers migrate to the cloud.

Like many channel partner programs, Tribridge Concerto Cloud is offering exclusive operational, technical and organizational support, marketing and sales enablement tools and other benefits to its resellers to make a profit in the cloud services space. But unlike other partner programs, Tribridge said it is focusing on giving partners a standardized set of tools for success, as well as providing them with different skills and education aimed at helping resellers to become cloud experts and expand their range within the burgeoning market.

“Our theory here is that it is mutually beneficial to make [partners] more successful,” said Greg Pierce, vice president of Concerto Cloud Services, in an interview with The VAR Guy. “And to make them more successful we need to provide more than just technology.”

Currently, Tribridge has more than 20 partners currently signed up for the program, with more than 100 companies expected to join within the next year. To promote its new channel partner program, Concerto Cloud Services will run an introductory incentive offer through Aug. 31, which will allow newly registered channel partners to keep the first month’s fee for the partner contract for each new customer deployed in the Concerto Cloud. The program is currently open for enrollment, and more details are available on the company’s partner website.
