ServiceNow Partner Industry Solutions is a new marketplace. It showcases partner solutions designed to address joint customers’ industry-specific workflow and digital transformation needs. Inaugural partners include Accenture, Atos, Deloitte, DXC Technology, Ernst & Young and KPMG.

Partners like Accenture focus on telecommunication services, while Atos offers Atos Quality Inspection for manufacturing companies. Deloitte provides banks with a complaint management solution and also a Small Business Administration Paycheck Protection Program forgiveness solution. Partner KPMG tailors its Powered Enterprise service management capabilities to industries such as state, local, health care and manufacturing. KPMG also offers a physician onboarding and credentialing solution.

The company first announced its industry solutions strategy in January.

“Every company around the world aspires to deliver great experiences that drive fierce customer loyalty and create powerful employee engagement,” said McDermott. “And companies across many industries are turning to ServiceNow to help hem transform their business to unleash productivity and fuel innovation. By creating industry-specific solutions, delivered through a partner-led model, we can better address the unique challenges that companies in key vertical markets face as they look to digitally transform their business.”

Additional Enhancements

Built on Now is a new app monetization framework that enables partners to differentiate offerings. It also helps them to showcase their specific areas of expertise. Furthermore, it is designed to drive customers to solutions built on the Now platform.

Built on Now enables partners to build, test, certify, distribute and sell digital workflows for the Now platform. These workflows can be sold through the ServiceNow Store, OEM PaaS and service-provider channels. There are  more than 70 Built on Now native apps available today.

Now Value Methodology is a new customer success methodology that pulls learnings from successful ServiceNow implementations to equip partners with the tools, best practices and frameworks needed to enable business value for customers.

Conference Goes Digital
