SCADAfence, the provider of security for operational technology (OT) and internet-of-things (IoT) environments, has launched its first official partner program.

The SCADAfence Alliance Partner Program enables a more advanced collaboration with SCADAfence. It provides access to different sales enablement resources to speed up customer sales cycles. The program is geared toward technology partners, resellers and MSSPs.

The launch comes at a “very opportune time” for the industrial cybersecurity industry as the demand for OT and IoT security is at an all-time high, SCADAfence said.

SCADAfence says it has grown exponentially the past two years, tripling its revenue and number of customers.

“While we already have strong established channel partnerships, this is SCADAfence’s first official partner program, which will help our new and existing partners better service their customers in the OT and IoT space,” he said. “We increased the benefits available to our partners and are providing a structured approach to OT security with the SCADAfence Alliance Partner Program.”

Here’s our most recent list of important channel-program changes you should know.

The new program includes three tiers – gold, platinum and diamond – with associated requirements and benefits for each tier. All SCADAfence partners will have access to a dedicated partner portal. It includes demo resources, technical resources, sales and marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, quarterly training sessions and more.

“We recognized the need to supply our channel partners with the right resources to support their customers’ OT environments,” McCready said. “OT security is a growing concern in many verticals. And we wanted to enable our partners to help address these challenges with their customers. The new program enables our current partners and supports new partnerships across channel, technology and MSSP partnerships.”

Partners Can Differentiate Themselves in OT, IoT

“The SCADAfence Alliance Partner Program provides our channel partners with the resources needed to differentiate themselves in the OT and IoT space,” McCready said. “Benefits like deal registration and rebates incentivize new business, and our marketing and sales tools help drive that demand. Our program is designed to enable our partners to become the trusted advisor in their customers’ journey in OT security.”

SCADAfence is working with several strategic partners in both the United States and Europe. Those include Rapid7, Fujitsu, Cadre, Barracuda, Check Point Software Technologies, Fortinet, Cybereason, OTD and others.

David Beaver is Rapid7’s director of global strategic alliances.

“Our strategic partnership with SCADAfence allows us to provide our customers with enhanced visibility into their IT and OT assets, as well as enabling their security teams to easily identify, manage and mitigate any risks within their OT environments” he said.
