Robocorp partners are getting a new, enhanced partner program next month.

The new Robocorp program aims to better support partners and service providers. It will help them create, sell and deliver second-generation robotic process automation (RPA) projects.

The partner program includes a partner portal and a new partner tier system. In addition, Robocorp has included updates to the pricing model and RPA managed services. Moreover, it has modified the ways partners go to market (GTM).

Robocorp is expanding its partner success team to ramp up partner enablement with new trainings, certifications and assets.

Robocorp’s Sebastian Toro

“[Last year] truly was an amazing year for Robocorp, where we saw a significant influx of new customers and partners,” he said. “But as we continue to grow, so do the demands, expertise and expectations on Robocorp. We started reformulating our partner strategy, GTM motions and program structure in the second half of 2022. With the reworked program, the introduction of a new partner portal, and the reorganized and expanded partner team, we are well on our way to providing the structure and support that partners of all sizes need to succeed in this market.”

The partner portal will serve as the main point for managing business and communications. It will aid Robocorp‘s partners as they build, market and sell RPA solutions.

The introduction of the tiering system will better support partners as they grow and consolidate their position in the market. The new tiers will encourage partners to improve their skills, increase their investments and commitment, and achieve success.

“One of our guiding principles across the company is to seek continuous feedback to maintain our position as the leader in Gen2 RPA,” Toro said.

Simplification and Ease of Working with Robocorp

Simplification and ease of working with Robocorp have been “at the heart of shaping the new program,” Toro said.

“At the center, we have a new feature-rich partner portal, where we added modules for certifications and training, business planning and collaboration, support, deal registration, order handling and more,” he said. “This centralized partnership resource, plus improved documentation, assets and training, will make working with Robocorp a frictionless experience.”

Over the past two years, Robocorp’s partner ecosystem has grown rapidly. It now consists of more than 200 organizations around the world, from large global system integrators, to boutique consulting and service companies.

The new partner program will continue to take shape over the first quarter.

“Robocorp is changing how RPA is used and consumed by bringing a new product to the market that resolves the issues and limitations of first-generation RPA tools,” Toro said. “In addition, we provide partners with the enablement and support needed to fully unleash the potential of Robocorp’s platform. We will continue to see our partners succeed by combining this with new commercial options that fit their business model and eliminate the constraints of Gen1 RPA providers’ rigid licensing models.”
