MicroCorp agents now have access to Tellennium‘s SaaS platform, TIMS, which provides visibility for IT network management.

Tellennium is a telecom expense management provider. Its SaaS solutions manage, automate and process technology, telecom and utilities invoicing for medium and large companies. TIMS provides reporting of IT network asset inventories, and real-time billing information associated with those services and assets.

“As IoT and fluid work environments through the COVID-19 pandemic expand the complexity of these networks, keeping track of everything becomes more challenging,” he said. “MicroCorp delivers best-of-breed partners to their agents. And Tellennium delivers the technology offerings that enable their customers … to manage the details, and therefore save time and money.”

Visibility of network asset and billing information means IT managers can gain critical insights to their networks and make well-informed business decisions on accurate data, Tellennium said. Gartner estimates that 38% of 2020 global IT expense is associated with communications services — the largest IT expense category.

“MicroCorp always has its eyes on the future of solution sales,” said Christopher Shubert, MicroCorp’s senior vice president of sales. “Tellennium’s TIMS platform is fine addition to our solution set.”

Earlier this month, AppSmart acquired MicroCorp, advancing its mission to be a channel-led, one-stop shop for all B2B technology services. The master agent is the latest company to join AppSmart since December 2018. At that time, parent company AppDirect bought NeoCloud and WTG to form AppSmart. Other acquisitions followed. Telegration and CNSG were both integrated into AppSmart.
