Capsule8, a Linux security provider, has launched its first partner program – Capitalize – for VARs, MSPs and systems integrators.

Capitalize is rolling out nationally with more than 10 selected VARs and integration partners. These include Gotham Technology Group, Fortifire, SideChannel and more.

Jim Bandanza is Capsule8’s COO.

“We’ve always recognized the importance of good partners and this was a crucial step for us as we continue to grow and expand,” he said. “This new program helps us further extend our reach and enable channel partners to provide their customers with comprehensive Linux security.”

The program will allow partners to fill significant gaps that exist in Linux security. Capsule8 provides real-time detections so companies can defend their IT operations.

Capsule8’s Suite

The Capsule8 Protect solutions suite – Protect, Protect + Complete – incorporates enhanced detections, as well as both SaaS and on-premises delivery options. Furthermore, there’s no need for in-house expertise into Linux, cloud or container threat models.

Partner resellers can now deliver Protect to customers, rapidly deploy the solutions and shore up Linux systems.

Here’s our most recent list of important channel-program changes you should know.

“It was important to us to create a frictionless experience so that our partners can immediately address the critical needs of their clients’ Linux security gaps,” Bandanza said.

Capsule8 listened to partners’ needs while developing the program, he said. It offers deal registration, rapid sales engagement, and a commitment to support and success.

The program will help Capsule8 build upon its existing market momentum, Bandanza said. Moreover, it allows partners to offer their clients a solution specifically built to protect enterprise Linux systems.

“Unlike EDR and similar solutions, [we] built Capsule8 Protect for the unique threat models of production and cloud-native systems, ensuring no coverage gaps in cloud or microservices environments, and providing consistent protection across an entire enterprise infrastructure, Bandanza said. “We provide security teams the visibility needed to detect incidents and protect against unwanted behavior without adding risk to production infrastructure or causing business disruption.”

Also significant, the company can customize the partner program to meet the needs of each individual firm, Capsule8 said.

“Capsule8 is a pioneer in Linux security with proven technology that stands alone in the market,” said Ken Phelan, Gotham‘s CTO. “Through this partner program, we are eager to unlock new business opportunities, seamlessly increase our sales margins and most importantly, provide our customers with critical security protections that are effective for Linux without introducing any friction or risk.”
