Lancope has announced the launch of its global Secure Partner Program to bring the company’s StealthWatch Security System to partners outside of its U.S. channel network.
The network visibility and security intelligence company noted in a press release that the expansion of its StealthWatch System to enterprise users in Canada, Latin America, Asia, the Middle East and Africa will allow companies to optimize their network visibility and security intelligence. The partner program will begin its planned expansion in several phases throughout the first half of 2014.
“We recognize and embrace the tremendous value that our reseller partners bring to our business through their in-depth industry expertise and ability to build comprehensive, tailored security solutions for our customers,” said Dan Sibille, vice president of Worldwide Channels for Lancope, in a prepared statement. “The new global Lancope Secure Partner Program is a multi-tier initiative designed to reward reseller partners with robust discount structures, training and certifications, and marketing tools and resources to help them excel in the market with the StealthWatch System.”
SteathWatch works by collecting and analyzing various flow data, including NetFlow and IPFIX from a company’s existing infrastructure to improve threat detection and incidence response without increasing cost via the use of additional hardware devices. According to the company, the expansion of Lancope's partner program will give global users first-time access to its malware, distributed denial of service (DDoS) and advanced persistent threat (APT)-thwarting software to better protect and monitor enterprise networks.
