Jenne Partners Get Access to Talkdesk Contact Center Services

The company will use the flagship solution Talkdesk CX Cloud, a global end-to-end CX platform.

Jenne, the cloud services brokerage, is teaming up with Talkdesk, the global cloud contact center provider. The agreement means Jenne partners can now sell Talkdesk’s cloud contact center solutions.

This includes the company’s flagship solution Talkdesk CX Cloud, a global end-to-end CX platform. Talkdesk CX Cloud allows companies to adapt contact center operations to meet the evolving needs of customers, customer service and sales teams. It results in increased productivity, customer satisfaction and cost savings, the company said.

Talkdesk says it utilizes the power of AI in every element of its products and services. Among its most recent innovations, Talkdesk introduced human-in-the-loop technology for contact centers. The company also offers what it says is the first purpose-built industry-specific products for contact centers.
