Jenne is calling the courses “Fast Track training,” and naturally they will be delivered through Jenne University. There are two tracks, the first a five-day Avaya IP Office certification workshop and the second a two-day Avaya Certified Implementation Specialist (ACIS) course. These courses are designed to give Avaya Business Partners a crash-course on both the technical and installation aspects of Avaya’s technology. Once completed, partners can take the the exam for their ACIS certification and start attacking the SME space.

For Jenne it’s all about giving its partners a competitive edge. Unfortunately, however, these training sessions could be a bit costly for a smaller-sized VAR.
