Boston-based Immersive Labs, the cybersecurity skills provider, has unveiled its first partner program with 50 new partners.

The tier-free program aims to cut complexity and offers a new partner portal. The company will use the program to extend its reach in North America and expand into global markets such as South America and EMEA.

Threat actors are continually evolving, making it more important to ensure skills levels of an organization’s defenders, responders and decision makers keep pace,” he said. “This new channel strategy will allow more companies to benefit from human cyber capabilities. We designed a channel program specifically to help us fulfill demand in a low-friction, simple-to-implement strategy.”

The program offers a flat structure with no complex precious metals, caveats or prescriptive guidelines, Immersive Labs said. In addition, the new portal offers tracking and registering activity, as well as training, marketing assets and special events.

Understanding Partners

“We worked with quite a few partners to understand a program that would help get them excited to work with Immersive Labs,” Alosco said. “We also wanted something simplistic in nature that could scale across the globe.”

Immersive Labs’ platform provides additional skills for security, engineering and senior management teams. It also helps organizations hire relevant and diverse talent.

Customers include Citigroup, Daimler, Bain Capital, KPMG and more.

“We know the value and power of the channel, and are really excited,” Alosco said. “For our partners, this opens up a line of business that hasn’t traditionally been channel-centric and allows them to increase mindshare with their customer base.”

James Hadley is Immersive Labs’ CEO.

“Threat actors continue to up their game across the board, making it more important than ever to ensure the skills levels of an organization’s defenders, responders and decision makers keep pace,“ he said. “These skills are still in critical shortage around the globe, which is why we are growing at a strong pace, a demand we hope our channel partners can help us fulfill.”
