Exoprise announced this week at the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference the launch of a new Exoprise Microsoft Partner Program along with its new CloudReady monitoring solution for Office 365, Microsoft’s cloud-based office productivity suite.

The new Exoprise program for Microsoft cloud channel partners builds on the companys existing channel base to help Microsoft resellers and managed service providers by providing the tools to aid customer migration to the cloud  as well as offering opportunities to deliver value-added services, such as planning, change management, ongoing performance management and follow-on consulting engagements.

Specifically, it offers new and recurring revenue streams from the sales of Exoprise Office 365 CloudReady Monitor; sales assessment and enablement tools for cloud migration and audits; syndicated and branded online customer-facing service portal and sales collateral; internal use licenses for labs, training and customer demonstrations; and pricing programs tailored by partner type and customer segment.

Exoprise also will be launching a new Premier Partner program with Microsoft for select Microsoft cloud channel partners. Sponsored by Microsoft, the pilot program will empower Managed Partners with the Exoprise CloudReady platform to help accelerate adoption of Office 365.

A cloud-based solution, CloudReady Monitor enables VARs and MSPs visibility and control over Office 365 service delivery, including the online services, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and network health and bandwidth.

Unlike on-premises deployments, where IT teams can monitor performance via direct access to the servers running their Office applications, visibility to Office 365 performance is limited to the Microsoft Office 365 Service Status Dashboard. While this dashboard provides current status of Office 365 itself, it cannot provide real-time end-to-end performance data nor can it provide information on the health and availability of the various networks the customers, the ISPs, the regional backbone, etc., connecting the users to the service.  CloudReady Monitor for Office 365 provides this end-to-end visibility into the availability and performance with real-time statistics, alerts and trend reports.

Using sensors placed at user access points, CloudReady Monitor actively tracks application availability and performance. By aggregating data across all customers sensors, CloudReady Monitor provides each customer with a global view of availability and performance metrics.

Exoprise supports CloudReady Monitor with an assessment tool that provides analysis of the customers Exchange environment to identify usage patterns that enable partners to guide customers in selecting the right mix of SaaS email, communication and collaboration tools, along with data from which to structure a cloud migration plan.

The solution is available immediately and exclusively through Exoprise certified channel partners and a free trial can be downloaded from the Exoprise website.
