EfficientIP partners now have access to SmartPartner, new partner program offerings that include a partner delivery certification.

EfficientIP designed the SmartPartner channel program category specifically for service providers. That includes MSPs, cloud service providers, telco operators and ISPs, and system integrators.

The company provides network security and automation solutions.

The channel program category will offer a variety of services including a multi-dependency capability with centralized management; APIs to engage with MSPs; software and features to serve telcos and deliver services remotely; and the capability to charge monthly based on usage, which is more suitable for their selling model.

Also included in SmartPartner is a specialized welcome pack to guide the onboarding process for new partners for strategic sales and delivery engagement. The welcome pack provides support to ensure full confidence in offering the EfficientIP solution to customers. That includes complementary delivery team support on the first three deployments, demo or not for resale (NFR). In addition, it offers access to EfficientIP’s internal marketing and business development representative (BDR) resources.

“EfficientIP has been developing strongly in 2020 and is following a similar trend in 2021,” he said. “We are taking a strategic decision to rely more and more on our channel partners. For that, we have developed the SmartPartner program [with] strong enablement to support our partners’ onboarding and sales support as we have reached a critical growth point in our partner program development, allowing us to evolve our program into a standardized global offering. These global initiatives provide benefits to all partners, with rewards that allow for success, especially with global service providers as they now have a specific category.”

EfficientIP took a best-of-breed approach, leveraging successful initiatives from different regions and implementing this globally, Dahan said.

“We removed all the barriers to allow an easy access to the knowledge without any costs,” he said. “A frictionless program was the message that we heard from our partner community.”

EfficientIP also announced a distribution agreement with TD Synnex. It allows EfficientIP to meet and exceed the growing demand for its solutions.

“Many partners today trust TD Synnex as a source for best-of-breed technology solutions,” Dahan said. “Our TD Synnex partnership now eases the procurement burden on the partners by allowing them to access EfficientIP solutions from their existing source.”
